OTRACOSA pieces are individually handmade with the utmost care. This may lead to variation in color and material.
TERMS
We will provide you with a credit, exchange or refund for full priced items when:

A return authorization is obtained

A reason for return is provided

The goods are in saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags still intact

The goods have not been worn, damaged or washed

The original invoice is included as proof of purchase

A return request is made within 14 days from date of purchase

Approved returns are received within 7 days of approval to the OTRACOSA shipping and received department

The cost of return is customers responsibility unless the product is damaged upon receipt, with proof of damage

Sale items are final.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
If you would like to return an item, please ensure your item are consistent with the above conditions.
Within 14 days of placing your order please email -------- with your full name, invoice number and the product you wish to return.
We will not accept responsibility of lost or damaged incoming parcels received after 7 days. Postage charges are responsibility of the sender, unless the product is damaged upon receipt. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Once your return is received by our customer service team the item will be checked to ensure it complies with our return policy and an outcome will be determined.
EXCHAGE
We happily accept exchanges, However, because our products are handmade there may be a delay in shipping or a specific fabric may no longer be available because many of the lines are limited editions.
CREDITS
Credits are valid for a period of 3 months from issue date. To use your credit please contact customer service at ……… for assistance
REFUNDS
Refunds can take up to 5 business days to be processed
We greatly appreciate your patience. The original payment method will be refunded in full (excluding any shipping costs associated with the order) for the value of the item(s) for which the refund was approved. Once your refund has been processed please allow up to 3 business days for the funds to appear back into your account
